PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation having sivelestat with higher stability and, for instance, capable of suppressing possible generation of analogs by decomposition of sivelestat immediately after being dissolved in a solvent for use, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical preparation is provided including a lyophilized product of a solution containing sivelestat and disodium hydrogen phosphate. The pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention, for instance, can provide a pharmaceutical preparation in which generation of sivelestat analogs is suppressed when used as an injection agent and a method for producing the same. The pharmaceutical preparation of the present invention is useful as a preparation for ameliorating an acute lung injury accompanied with a systemic inflammatory response syndrome due to the high stability of sivelestat. |
