The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a novel means for increasing the viscosity of a liquid or semi-solid composition containing a protein; and a nutritional composition having a viscosity and fluidability both suitable for various feeding methods, particularly a tube feeding method. The present invention provides a liquid or semi-solid nutritional composition characterized by containing at least a protein, a carbohydrate, a lipid, a mineral and soy lecithin, wherein the protein is contained in an amount of 1 to 300 parts by mass relative to 1 part by mass of the soy lecithin. The nutritional composition is also characterized by having a pH value of 4 or lower. |
