The board has apertures and two-part spacers for introduction of bonding agents, foams, adhesives and insulation material. The spacers are provided on a rear side of the board. The apertures and spacers are formed as a casting unit. The apertures and boreholes are provided for retaining of the spacers with an impact sleeve and internal threads for adjusting screws. The adjusting screws are removed after filling and binding of filling and adhesive masses. The spacers with the impact sleeve and the internal threads are made of metal and plastic.
