The power plant (1) has a combustion chamber (10) that generates a first water vapor containing stream (S) by burning hydrogen gas. A left turbine (20) generates power by the expansion of the first stream. The left turbine generates a second water vapor containing stream (S'). A right turbine (40) generates power by the expansion of the second stream. An additional circuit (2) receives a working fluid (K) comprising a hydrocarbon. A lower heat exchanger (50) evaporates the water from the working fluid by the indirect heat exchange of the second stream. An independent claim is included for a method for producing power.
