The method envisages recipe components preparation, beef brisket cutting and cooking with meat broth separation, bulb onions and garlic mincing and frying in melted fat, mixing them with ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake, meat broth, sugar, salt and black hot pepper and cooking (while continuously stirring) to produce a sauce, the beef brisket and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation. All the components are taken at a specified content ratio.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured product adhesion to container walls. |
