PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear reactor monitoring device and a nuclear reactor control device capable of ensuring the safety with a high level of operation monitoring by gathering prediction data on reactor core states immediately even when nuclear reactor states change in a short time.SOLUTION: A nuclear reactor monitoring device comprises: a detector 103 which detects state quantity of a reactor core 68 in a nuclear reactor 12; a reactor core instrumentation calculation device 211 which, on the basis of the state quantity of the reactor core 68 detected by the detector 103, generates reactor core operation data; and a reactor core monitoring server main engine 231 which, on the basis of the current reactor core operation conditions and the reactor core operation data, predicts and calculates a secular change of the reactor core 68 to generate reactor core prediction data. The reactor core monitoring server main engine 231 generates the reactor core prediction data when the reactor core operation data departs from a predetermined range. |
