PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission cable excellent in water tree resistance and dielectric breakdown strength.SOLUTION: The transmission cable has an insulator layer formed around an outer periphery of a conductor and comprising a hydride of a block copolymer [2] produced by hydrogenating 90% or more of all the unsaturated bonds in a block copolymer [1] comprising at least two polymer blocks [A] composed mainly of a repeating unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and at least one polymer block [B] composed mainly of a repeating unit derived from a linear conjugated diene compound and having a ratio (wA:wB) of wA to wB of 30:70 to 60:40 when a weight ratio of all the polymer blocks [A] in the total of the block copolymer is expressed as wA and a weight ratio of all the polymer blocks [B] in the total of the block copolymer is expressed as wB. |
