PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection-formed sugar-coated product having impact in visual sensation and palate feeling to give an eater pleasure, and prevented from adhesion of the sugar-coated products to one another and from turning brownish even when stored at normal temperature for a long period of time: and to provide combined confectionery using the same.SOLUTION: A projection-formed sugar-coated product is obtained by coating a core material with a projection-formed sugar-coated layer on the surface of which a plurality of projections are formed. The projection-formed sugar-coated product has glucose sugar and carbonate in the projection-formed sugar-coated layer.
