The particles of olivine-structure compound are deposited on surface(s) of carbon film by pyrolysis. Thus, carbonated complex oxide is prepared. The carbonated complex oxide is obtained by depositing particles of olivine-structure compound on surface(s) of carbon film by pyrolysis. The olivine-structure compound is of formula: AMXO 4, where A is lithium or partially replaced with 10% sodium or potassium, M is iron (II) or partially replaced with 50% of manganese, nickel and cobalt, 10% of aliovalent or isovalent metals excluding manganese, nickel and cobalt, and/or 5% of iron (III), and XO 4 is phosphate or partially replaced with 10 molar% of sulfate and silicate. |
