Patient data is received from an electronic patient data source. Target patient information associated with a first patient is identified, when the first target patient information corresponds to the at least one evaluation criterion, and the first patient is assigned a first priority ranking, according to the at least one evaluation criterion. According to the assigned first priority ranking, information regarding the first patient is displayed to the members of the social network more prominently than information regarding other patients of the plurality of patients. Weighting of the target information according to the evaluation criterion may be performed. The first priority ranking may correspond to acuity of a health condition of the first patient.</p> |
