The present invention discloses a system and a method for managing an advertisement-based application, an apparatus applied to same, and a method for operating the apparatus. An advertiser's application does not require additionally applying a software development kit (SDK) when confirming an installation and execution of the advertiser's application on a user device by only applying the SDK to advertisement media applications, which receive and display advertisement content, and relaying installation-related information, which is related to the installation of the advertiser's application, to an advertisement platform providing device for providing the advertisement content.
