摘要 Nano-powder and a manufacturing method thereof using an RF plasma combustion device are provided to smoothen the supply of heat energy to a precursor by placing a powder spraying nozzle 0.1-3cm away from a center of an induction coil in the RF plasma combustion device. A method for manufacturing nano-powder comprises the following steps of: preparing magnesium oxide(MgO) powder and metal oxide powder with 10-100mum of diameter(201); mixing the prepared powder mechanically to obtain mixed powder(203); injecting the mixed powder together with powder injecting gas into an RF(Radio Frequency) plasma combustion device; supplying center gas and shielding gas in the RF plasma combustion device(213); and supplying quenching gas in the RF plasma combustion device(215). The amount of magnesium oxide is 10-1000ppm. The center gas and quenching gas represent inert gas.
