The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an in-line PDLC film allowing continuous pattern formation and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an in-line PDLC film allowing continuous pattern formation, capable of continuously manufacturing a PDLC film which can switch only the arbitrarily applied pattern part, continuously producing the pattern etched PDLC film in bulk at a high speed, providing a simplified process and excellent coating quality and solving an environmental pollution problem. The method for manufacturing an in-line PDLC film allowing continuous pattern formation according to the present invention comprises the steps of loading a transparent electrode film having a transparent electrode of a roll form deposited or coated therein in an upper plate unwinder and winder and a lower plate unwinder and winder; driving the loaded transparent electrode film; etching via a scanner and a laser for etching in a desired part on the driving surface of the transparent electrode film from the lower plate unwinder; coating a PDLC liquid on the etched transparent electrode film; laminating the transparent electrode film on which the PDLC liquid is coated and the transparent electrode film from the upper plate unwinder; curing the laminated PDLC film; and winding the cured PDLC film. |
