The present invention relates to a buffer including: a first supporting unit inserted into an insertion hole of a first fixing piece for supporting the first fixing piece; a guide shaft made of an elevating shaft to be allowed a friction substrate on the upper part of the guide shaft to move vertically within a space unit; a second supporting unit that is installed rotatably in a second bracket contacted to a second fixing piece by a pin when it is assembled in a second screw; a first spring washer each mounted on the upper surfaces of the second supporting unit; a second spring washer inserted in the guide shaft to move vertically; a first spring mounted between a spring elasticity control nut and the second spring washer; and a second spring having a smaller diameter than the section diameter of the first spring. |
