PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a progression pattern in a relatively short period by calculating a long term progression pattern based on measurement results of biological information of plural subjects.SOLUTION: The biological information processing device includes: a lifestyle input section 2 for inputting lifestyle states of plural subjects; a biological information input section 3 for inputting biological information of each subject in the plural subjects who are measured at least twice in the same lifestyle state; and a first controller 4 that classifies the biological information of plural subjects into groups each having a combination of the same lifestyle state on the basis of the lifestyle states input in the lifestyle input section; calculates an inclination of each group using a first measured value and a second measured value in the biological information measured twice and the period from the first measurement to the second measurement; calculates an approximate line of the inclination corresponding to the first measured value; and integrates the approximate line to calculate biological information transition data representing a relationship between the biological information and the time transition.
