PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content providing device or the like capable of quickly providing information which a user needs, even when an environment in which a portal site is browsed differs.SOLUTION: A content providing device 1 calculates a first priority P1 by prescribed arithmetic on the basis of first terminal information 101 in response to reception of the first terminal information 101 which shows configuration information of a terminal device accessing a portal site, acquires portlets and information about a display area in the portlets associated with the first priority P1 by referring to priority information 4 in which the portlets composing the portal site, a priority area showing an area of the first priority P1 and the display area in the portlets are associated on the basis of the portlets and the first priority P1, and provides the portlets and the acquired display area to the terminal device. |
