BASE STATION, MOBILE STATION, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, TRANSMISSION METHOD AND REORDERING METHOD A mobile station, comprising: a receiving means for receiving first PDCP PDUs from a source base station; a receiving means for receiving second PDCP-PDUs from a target base station, in which the second PDCP-PDUs are created using sequence numbers and PDCP SDUs that are transferred from the source base station to the target base station; a storage means that stores PDCP SDUs conforming to the first PDCP PDUs and the PDCP SDUs conforming to the second PDCP PDUs; and a reordering means for performing in order delivery of the stored PDCP SDUs based on the sequence numbers.
