PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission method, a communication method and a data receiving device used in a transmission apparatus transmitting and receiving a signal, the signal having, at the top, a packet configuration using an OFDM system in which a synchronization preamble is time-division multiplexed, capable of reducing deterioration of the frequency synchronization under an environment of frequency selective multipath phasing without reducing the transmission efficiency.SOLUTION: The transmission device forms a short preamble using sub-carriers which has a constant interval between the sub-carriers in plural sub-carriers including predetermined frequency intervals which are orthogonal to each other. The transmission device prepares a short preamble pattern according to the interval between the plural sub-carriers to perform time-division multiplex to transmit the same as a synchronization preamble. The receiving device estimates a frequency error using a correlation of the short preamble pattern according the interval between the plural sub-carriers to correct the received signal on the basis of the estimated frequency error. |
