摘要 The present invention relates to a method for preparing a silicon oxide/carbon composite for an anode active material of a lithium secondary battery. According to the method of the present invention for preparing a silicon oxide/carbon composite for an anode active material of a lithium secondary battery comprises the steps of: (S1) preparing a silicon oxide gel by reducing a precursor of the silicon oxide through a sol-gel method; (S2) preparing a mixture solution by mixing the silicon oxide gel obtained in step S1 with a polymer solution prepared by dissolving a polymer material in a solvent; (S3) preparing a composite having a one-dimensional structure by electrospinning the mixed solution; and (S4) heat-treating the composite. According to the method of the present invention for preparing the silicon oxide/carbon composite for an anode active material of a lithium secondary battery, volumetric expansion during the insertion of lithium ions can be reduced through the complexation with carbon and the adjustment of the oxidative state of silicon by the heat treatment, and also high capacity can be continuously maintained by improving ionic conductivity and electrical conductivity. Also, capacity and lifespan can be appropriately adjusted as the needed by changing the conditions of the preparation process, thereby adjusting the oxidative state of the silicon oxide.
