<p>This watermarked forgery-proof printing medium (1) comprises a core sheet (2), cover sheets (3,3') provided on both surfaces of the core sheet (2), and an infrared-nonabsorptive printed layer (4) and an infrared-absorptive printed layer (5) which contains an antimony-doped tin oxide pigment, both printed layers (4,5) being provided on at least one surface of the core sheet (2). The infrared-nonabsorptive printed layer (4) cannot be confirmed under conditions such that visible light is reflected by the medium or under conditions such that the medium is irradiated with infrared light, but can be confirmed under conditions such that visible light is transmitted through the medium. The infrared-absorptive printed layer (5) cannot be confirmed under conditions such that visible light is reflected by the medium, but can be confirmed under conditions such that visible light is transmitted through the medium and under conditions such that the medium is irradiated with infrared light.</p> |
