Provided is a color pillar capable of adjusting surface colors in order to convey a message to people around by changing a color. The color pillar comprises: a pillar vertically installed on the ground; a coloration sheet consisting of a thin film plane heating sheet which dissipates heat by being heated with the supply of driving power, a coloration layer consisting of color paint layers which are layered on the upper part of the thin film plane heating sheet and express predetermined colors depending on an increase in temperature, and a prevention layer of advertisement postings attached to the upper part of the coloration layer; and a controller for providing driving power to the thin film plane heating sheet in response to a coloration control signal.
