The present invention relates to a double acting actuator type rotatable control valve (51) with a manual handle gear device (01) to be installed on nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, and various oil refinery factories and plants to control or cut off the flow of a fluid in a piping system. A driver having additional equipment is freely rotated as a rotatable bonnet (31) and a bonnet flange (33) are separately formed on the control valve. The control valve uses a double acting driver (03) having the manual handle gear device (01) and a single acting driver (04) having a compression coil spring (05). |
