PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To systematically grasp a delay in each of hops on a route of each group through which one or more distribution servers perform distribution, presence of the route in a network, or a transfer state such as problems in the route.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: distribution follow-up instruction means for instructing a relay device to perform a distribution follow-up of each group distributed by each of one or more distribution servers; distribution follow-up execution means for executing the distribution follow-up by a relay device having received the instruction of the distribution follow-up on the basis of an instruction content; test result collection totaling means for collecting a distribution follow-up result from the relay device to sum up data; data storage means for storing summed-up results; and statistical processing means for obtaining transfer state information on the route from the relay device on a receiving side to the relay device on a transmission side of each group using the summed-up results. |
