PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten solder coating apparatus which can prevent deterioration of a seal packing, eliminate necessity of replacement in a short period and process a plurality of places at the same time in one coating operation.SOLUTION: The molten solder coating apparatus includes: a collet 12 at a tip; a heater 14 to heat the collet 12; a case holder 15 to hold the heater 14; and a transfer part 13 provided at a tip of the collet 12. The transfer part 13 is made of material composed of gold, gold alloy or platinum, which has a good wettability to molten solder, or is plated thereby. The collet 12 is dipped into the molten solder 10 in a solder tank 7 to adsorb the molten solder onto the transfer part 13, and moved to a predetermined position to be contacted to a target object to transfer the molten solder. A plurality of the transfer parts can be provided on the collet. A long lifetime is achieved as a molten solder feeding mechanism due to the fact that a structure is simplified and consumables such as a seal packing are not necessary. |
