PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimp terminal 100, a crimp connection structure 1, a female type connector 20, and a crimping method of the crimp terminal that can surely prevent water from entering from an insulated coating film 202.SOLUTION: In a crimp terminal 100 that is provided with a barrel part 130 formed by integrating a coated crimping part 131 that crimps an insulated coating 202 of a coated electric wire 200 and a core wire crimping part 132 that crimps an aluminum core wire 201, the coated crimping part 131 is formed to make a closed cross-section shape in a short-side direction Y of the coated electric wire 200 and to be extended to a predetermined length in a longitudinal direction X and the core wire crimping part 132 is formed by extending the coated crimping part 131 in the longitudinal direction X and making a closed cross-section shape in a width direction Y. On an inner surface of the coated crimping part 131, a water stop protrusion part 134 is provided that prevents water from entering in the longitudinal direction X in a crimping state.
