[Problem] To improve quality of services which use applications that use broadcast resources. [Solution] The information processing device is provided with: a broadcast processing unit which receives and processes broadcast resources configured with a plurality of types of media information; and a controller which acquires an application information table in which information necessary for starting an application that can use the broadcast resources and first definition information for identifying the types of media information of the broadcast resources that can be used by the application are stored, and assesses permissibility of usage of units of the media information of the broadcast resources by the application.
