Provided is a frameless liquid crystal display device comprising: a rear housing (2), a backlight module (4) arranged in the rear housing (2), a plastic frame (6) arranged on the backlight module (4) and fixedly connected to the rear housing (2), and a liquid crystal display panel (8) arranged on the plastic frame (6). The liquid crystal display panel (8) is connected at the upper end thereof to the plastic frame (6) via a single-sided bonding part (3). The single-sided bonding part (3) comprises a midsection bonding part (32) and cloth strip-shaped connecting parts (34). The midsection bonding part (32) is bondedly fixed to the rear surface of the liquid crystal display panel (8), and two ends lead out the cloth strip-shaped connecting parts (34). The plastic frame (6) is provided thereon with a through hole (66) corresponding to the cloth strip-shaped connecting part (34). The cloth strip-shaped connecting parts (34) run through the through hole (66) on the plastic frame (6) then affixedly fix with each other, thus fixing the upper end of the liquid crystal display panel (8) onto the plastic frame (6). The liquid crystal display panel (8) comprises a CF substrate (82) and a TFT substrate (84) affixedly arranged with the CF substrate (82). A stepped position (824) is formed on the lower sides of the CF substrate (82) and of the TFT substrate (84). A surface decoration material (9) is pressed at the stepped position (824) and is fixed onto the plastic frame (6), thus assembling the liquid crystal display panel (8) onto the plastic frame (6). The frameless liquid crystal display device is structurally simple, convenient to install, and convenient to remove when maintenance or replacement of the liquid crystal display panel (8) is required, thus effectively reducing maintenance costs.
