<p>The device has a sensor system for determining printing/force distribution on a running surface (2c) i.e. projection surface, and integrated below the running surface. An evaluation unit is connected with printing/force sensors (9) at an input side for detecting pressure distribution patterns, which are produced by a moving or current subject on the running surface. A processing unit (4) enables a partition of pressure distribution patterns into two partial impression patterns and outputs a characterizing value such as front foot pressure value and back foot pressure value. An independent claim is also included for a method for gait analysis for training and rehabilitation purposes.</p> |
