<p>The present invention relates to a process and devices for authentication of persons, comprising a sequence of operations allowing authentication of persons without exposing the latter's personal data via a part of a combination of parts that, when coordinated, come together in order for the invention to function. The steps in the process involve associated devices that allow the implementation of said steps. The devices comprise electronic equipment (hardware) and embedded programs (software), which are responsible for recognition, processing and two-way communication with one or more biometric-information servers. The process is capable of providing up to three methods of recognition, i.e. the static signature method, the dynamic signature method and the fingerprint acquisition method, using a biometric collector unit (1), the administrator microcomputer (2), the legal registrar's microcomputer (3), the server computer (4) and the operator's microcomputer (5).</p> |
