The compensation structure comprises a front side polarizing film (400) and a back side polarizing film (500) arranged at two sides of a VA liquid crystal unit (300). The front side polarizing film (400) is arranged at a light output side of the VA liquid crystal unit (300) and comprises a front side polarizing unit (410) and a biaxial membrane (420) arranged between the front side polarizing unit (410) and the VA liquid crystal unit (300). The back side polarizing film (500) comprises a back side polarizing unit (520) and a first back side TAC film (510) arranged between the back side polarizing film (520) and the VA liquid crystal unit (300). Because an existing front side TAC film is replaced by the biaxial membrane (420) in the front side polarizing film (400), and an existing biaxial membrane is replaced by the TAC film (510) in the back side polarizing film (500), an area with serious dark state light leakage can be transferred from a horizontal view angle to a vertical view angle, and compared with an existing single-layer biaxial membrane compensation structure, the display effect is improved. At the same time, the layer number of the biaxial membrane is not increased and only the single-layer biaxial membrane is adopted, so that the cost is reduced compared with an existing dual-layer biaxial membrane compensation structure.</p>
