An apparatus for manufacturing a display device capable of improving reliability is disclosed. The apparatus for manufacturing the display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a vacuum heating chamber; a hot plate disposed inside the chamber; a plurality of external pipes, placed outside of the chamber, which supplies vent gas to convert the inner chamber in a vacuum state to an atmospheric pressure; a gas discharge pipe which is extended from the external pipe to be placed on the inner side surface of the chamber to discharge the vent gas; and a gas heating unit which is placed on each of the external pipes to heat the vent gas supplied from the outside. |
