The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for skin cleaning. The cosmetic composition for skin cleaning according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: 0.01-10 wt% of alcohol represented by chemical formula 1; and 0.1-50 wt% of glycol represented by chemical formula 2.
