<p>The present invention relates to a smart business management system which checks the field activity of a salesperson in real-time to enable the most effective business and reviewing. For the above features, the smart business management system according to the present invention, which uses a mobile phone, includes: mobile terminals in which salespersons carry; a server which can communicate with the mobile terminals. The server includes: a step for building a database of work time data that a work for each client is converted into time and distance time data that the distance between the clients is converted into time and generating the clients to be inspected from the database; a step for assigning a reference work time and a start client for each salesperson; a step for assigning the next start client that the distance time data is minimized from the start client and including the next start client as a client to be inspected; and a step for stopping the assignment of the client to be inspected if the value, that is formed by comparing estimated work time, which is the sum of the work time data and the distance time data of the client to be inspected, with the reference work time, is within a specific range. Thus, according to the present invention, the smart business management system can maximize profit by effectively and systemically managing the salespersons visiting many clients.
