[Class 97 (i)] A kinematograph projector mounting comprises a main base, a sub-base adjustably mounted on the main base and the projector assembly mounted on the sub-base with means extending between the main base and the sub-base to adjust the height and level of the sub-base and means for adjustably and pivotally mounting the projector assembly on the sub-base whereby the angle of rake of the projector may be adjusted. In the form shown, the main base 3 is provided at'each corner with a pedestal 4 on which bears an adjusting screw 5 passing through a boss 6 at the corner of the sub-base 2. The sub-base is provided with further bosses 7 and the main casing 1 with bosses 11 which lie above them and others 9 which lie alongside them. Pivot pins are inserted in bores 8, 10 in the bosses 7, 9 at one end of the projector casing and adjusting screws 12 through holes in the bosses 11 at the other end of the casing to bear on the bosses 7 and provide an adjustment for the rake of the projector. The projector proper is carried on a shelf in the casing 1, the inclination of the shelf providing some rake. The main base 3 may be mounted on a further base member with packing pieces between to provide a further height adjustment. Specification 338,525, [Class 97 (i)], is referred to.</p> |
