PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit, even when the attributes of a transmission destination to be used by an operator for identifying the transmission destination are changed, document data to the transmission destination.SOLUTION: In a document data transmission terminal 10, a first address book storage section 11 stores a first address book synchronizing with destination master information on a server for managing a plurality of destinations by using OID of each destination as a key, and a second address book storage section 12 stores another second address book different from the first address book, and an address book management section 13 copies destinations to be used for the second address book from the first address book to change destination names in the second address book, and when an operation acceptance section 14 accepts the transmitting operation of document data whose destination has been designated, a transmission section 18 transmits the OID of the designated destination and the document data to a server. The document data are transmitted to the destination having the OID. |
