PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exchange adapter 1a for a crimping apparatus.SOLUTION: An exchange adapter 1a has a male die 2 and an anvil 3. The male die 2 and the anvil 3 have die receiving sections 4a, 4b respectively, and a die half body can be stored in the exchange adapter 1a through the die receiving section. Furthermore, the male die 2 and the anvil 3 have coupling areas 7a, 7b, respectively, and the male die and the anvil can be exchangeably coupled with the crimping apparatus through the area. In the exchange adapter 1a formed in such a manner, a sensor 14 is integrated especially for detecting a crimping force and/or detecting a crimping path. |
