PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinder in which a chuck table can be additionally installed on a turntable without increasing an area of the turntable.SOLUTION: A grinder (1) has: a chuck tables (4) which hold a plate-like workpiece; a turntable (3) which supports the chuck tables (4) in a rotatable manner; and grinding means (5A,5B) for grinding the plate-like workpiece held on the chuck tables (4), in which the chuck tables (4) are arranged at an equal angle interval with the rotation center of the turntable (3) as a center, and arranged such that top surfaces of adjacent chuck tables (4) are positioned at different heights, and furthermore, arranged such that adjacent chuck tables (4) are partially overlapped with each other. |
