PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the sealability for attaching a battery pack to an electric power tool.SOLUTION: A battery pack 19 has a housing case 20 which holds battery cells 21 and may be attached to or removed from an electric power tool 10. The housing case 20 includes a seal member 30 which contacts with an attachment part 15 when the housing case 20 is attached to the attachment part 15 of the electric power tool 10. The seal member 30 is formed at a portion of the housing case 20 which faces the electric power tool 10 so as to form an endless shape.
