PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a blade and a power generator from being damaged by strong wind even with a simple structure.SOLUTION: The wind power generating windmill comprises: a hub 2; a blade 3; a blade shaft 12 to which the blade 3 is mounted; a sleeve 13 that is integrated with the hub 2 and in which the blade shaft 12 is inserted; and a coil spring 14 that is arranged on an outer periphery of the sleeve 13, whose one end is fixed to the hub 2 and whose other end is fixed to the blade shaft 12. The blade 3 is rotated and energized in a winding direction of the coil spring 14 by an energization force of the coil spring 14, held at a basic posture, and rotates in a wind direction around the blade shaft 12 as a center against the energization force of the coil spring 14 when it receives a wind pressure of not less than a predetermined value. |
