An exosome analysis method according to the present invention is a method for analyzing an exosome for the purpose of detecting abnormality in a cell, and comprises the steps of: (a) preparing an exosome from a sample; (b) bringing the exosome prepared in step (a) into contact with an antibody against an antigen that is a protein occurring on the surface of the exosome, thereby forming a first antibody-exosome complex; and (c) measuring the zeta potential of the first antibody-exosome complex.
