A moving iron core assembly for an electromagnetic valve and electromagnetic valve using same, the moving iron core assembly for an electromagnetic valve comprising: a moving iron core (301) provided with a through-hole in the center, the through-hole consisting of an upper through-hole (3011) and a lower through-hole (3012) mutually communicating; a reset spring (304) disposed in the upper through-hole of the moving iron core; and a sealing plug (303) disposed in the lower through-hole of the moving iron core with a clearance, the sealing plug being capable of freely moving vertically in the lower through-hole.
