<p>A hermetic secondary cell in which a wound electrode group (4) is housed in a cylindrical cell case (5), wherein the opening of the cell case is sealed by a sealing plate (10), and an insulating plate (6) having a through-hole (7) is provided above the electrode group. The insulating plate is formed so as to be restrained by a groove part (5a) formed on a side wall of the cell case in a state in which the outer peripheral edge of the insulating plate is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the cell case, and so that the portion of the insulating plate located the furthest outward in the radial direction of the through-hole is at least 1 mm away from the inner peripheral edge part of the groove part.</p> |
