PURPOSE: A mobile terminal control method, a recording medium thereof, and a mobile terminal management server thereof are provided to efficiently control a mobile terminal based on locations. CONSTITUTION: A management policy setting unit(111) grants management policies to each wireless AP(Access Point). The management policy setting unit sets the management policies by management area unit. A management policy transmitting unit(112) transmits the management policies granted to each AP to an MDM(Mobile Device Management) client application. If one of APs is found by the MDM client application, a management policy receiving unit(113) receives a report about the execution of the management policies from the MDM client application.
