The present invention relates to an emitter through solar cell and a method of preparing the same. According to the present invention, the emitter through solar cell has a structure of minimizing shading loss. Especially, resistance loss can be minimized by using the structure where a minor carrier generated near a front surface and a via hole moves to an electrode through a filtering emitter layer with high conductivity. Therefore, the production efficiency of electricity can be more improved.
