A method for forming a deck structure in a drillship is provided. The method for forming a deck structure in a drillship includes the following steps of: forming a coffer dam in a deck; forming a pipe in a coffer dam tank; performing an air test about the coffer tank; printing the coffer dam tank; forming a drill floor on the coffer dam tank; and forming a cable in the coffer dam tank.
