THE WATER-INSOLUBLE CERAMIDE COVERED WITH AMORPHOUS SURFACTANT

The present invention provides a sphingolipid covered with amorphous surfactant which includes 100 parts by weight of sphingolipid as a refractory material and surfactant having two or more alkyl chains adhering to a hydrophilic part. The amount of the surfactant is 10-200 parts by weight based on the sphingolipid. The surfactant surrounds and adheres to the outside of the sphingolipid without a shape and is melted in water to become an emulsion type. The average diameter of the sphingolipid to which the surfactant is attached is 0.5-30μm, and the average range of the size is within±200% based on the diameter. The sphingolipid covered with amorphous surfactant of the present invention can increase content of the sphingolipid which can be melted up to tens to hundreds times more than a method which solubilizes the sphingolipid into a conventional liposome form or an emulsion form.
