A second extension space is formed in an end unit of the second connection path. An orifice member is installed in the second extension space. An orifice is formed in the center of the orifice member. A third connection path is formed between the first extension space and the second extension space. The first connection path and the second connection path are connected to each other by the orifice of the orifice member. |
