The present invention relates to a steam cooker which forms a cooking environment of a proper temperature for the temperature of a cooking room by an accumulated heat cooking unit in a cooking process and is able to cook quickly by directly performing an action of a cooking heater on a cooking object by dry saturated steam. The steam cooker of the present invention is composed to form a dry saturated steam water supply pipe which generates the dry saturated steam by forming an accumulated heat cooking unit on the floor of a cooking room and spraying water on the upper side of the accumulated heat cooking unit. Therefore, the present invention cooks food quickly by properly keeping the temperature of a cooking room by the accumulated heat cooking unit on the floor of the cooking room and directly delivering heat to food which is a cooking object by the dry saturated steam. |
