PURPOSE: A nut fruits processing apparatus including a salting unit is provided to minimize the remaining of salt liquid on the surface of nut fruits after roasting using the salting unit, and to easily control salinity. CONSTITUTION: A body unit (111) includes a cylindrical internal space. A transferring unit (112) formed on the inner wall of the body unit in a spiral form. A spraying unit (113) sprays salt water into the internal space of the body unit. A driving unit (114) rotates the body unit to be transferred toward the bottom surface of the body unit, or to be discharged to the outside of the body unit. A supplying unit supplies nut fruits to an opening of a salting unit (110). A dehydration unit rotates the nut fruits coated with the salt water for dehydrating. A transporting unit transports the dehydrated nut fruits to a predetermined position. A heating unit applies heat to the nut fruits in a predetermined temperature for the predetermined time. |
