Disclosed is a miniature wideband balun based on stacked symmetric spiral inductors that includes a first line formed in a metal layer; a center tap formed in a metal layer different from the first line, including a second line facing the first line, connected to the end of the first line, and being toward the inner center of the first line. By the composition, the area of the balun is reduced and the wideband property of the miniature wideband balun based on stacked symmetric spiral inductors can be maintained.
